Located in Montauk, Solé East is a resort housed in a landmark American Tudor building with 67 renovated bungalow-like rooms and 7 garden cabana suites. To indulge your gastronomic palette there is the hip yet healthy Backyard, their full service restaurant & bar. Solé East’s new resident chef, Larry Kolar, has been in the restaurant business for two decades. For Solé East, Kolar will be updating their fresh, organic menu by giving it a Mediterranean flavor. After a delicious meal, head to the poolside lounge where a heated pool with oversized St Tropez style beds will keep you cool while your head bops to tunes being spun by the poolside DJ. Lush lawns and gardens with bamboo walkways complete the beach club feel.
